There is still time to register for What To Expect After A Hip Fracture on February 11th with Dr. Jenny Thain, Geriatrician and Associate Professor within the Division of Geriatric Medicine, Western University who will discuss why and how a hip fracture occurs, the need for surgery, what to expect post-surgery, how to protect from further fractures and more. Also, hear from an individual who broke their hip and suddenly had to deal with an unexpected surgery, their recovery and how they are managing today.

These biscuits are perfect to pop in the freezer to have on hand and are tasty on their own or enjoy with Greek Yogurt, fresh berries or with your favourite jam or marmalade. Each biscuit has 75 mg calcium, 4g protein, 0.2 µg vitamin D, 1 µg vitamin K and 10 mg magnesium.
