Pass The Care Forward Memorial Walk - Evergreen Hospice

Join us on June 23rd as we head out on a walk to remember the special people in our lives who have died. We will begin our walk at the Evergreen office in Markham. We will walk through Milne Park and return to the Evergreen office afterwards for snacks, refreshments and raffle prizes.

There will be two options of walk distances: 2km and 5km.
